Parameshwaraiah Soppimata is a noted writer, teacher and educationist of Bellary district. Many of his articles related to education has been published in Praja Vani daily, Sudha weekly and many othe leading newspapers, magazines of the state. He was born on 21st October 1974 to Sri M.Sangaiah and Smt.M. Anusuyamma. He married to H.M. Vanitha and blessed with two Childreen Kumari S.M Neha and S. M Anu.

Parameshwar is a teacher by profession with 15 years’ service. He has published number of books like ‘ Hagaribommanahalli Taluku Darshn’, ‘Taragati Nirvhana Tantragalu’,’Edusat Mattu Shikshanika Prabandhgalu’’,Namma Habbagalu’,’Mahan Sadakaru’,’Arugya Mttu Yagnanika Prabandhgalu’,’Shiksana Vikasa’,’Akka Mahadevi Kandante Basavanna’,’M P Prakasha’,’Tilivina Tuttu’ and  ‘M V Chakrapani’
Soppimata has participated in many poets meet (Kavi Goshti) organized By Hampi Utsava (2010), Bellary Jilla Smmelana Kavigosti,  Gadinada Utsava Kavi Gosti,  Distric &State Level Karykramadalli  and Shikshana Kuritagi Prabhandha Mandane.

Parameshwar has bagged many prestigious awards from different associations for his selfless services; like Karanataka Vibhushana, Basava Jothi, J C Gurupurskara, State Level Best Teacher, Udayonmuka Bharagara and   Sa. Ja. Nagalotimata award. He has also felicitated by various social, cultural and educational organizations. He has published more than 500 articles on science, education, health and women issues. All his articles published in many leading papers of Karnataka like Prajavani, vijya Karnataka samuktha   karnataka , vijay vani amd  sudha,k armaveera janapada magazines
