G. PRAKASH is basically an advocate by profession and as well as a recognized poet in the Bellary district. He was born on 28th June 1953 to Sri G. Veeranna and Smt G. Gangamma and married to G. Puspha and he has blessed with two sons and one daughter. He is working as an advocate and additional govt. pleader in Hospet putting his 33 years of wide experience. He has published four books namely ;
- Antarangada Avhiskara (Kavana Sankalana)
- Avhiskarada Sakshathkara.((Kavana Sankalana )
- Kampliyinada Kashiyavarege (Pravasa Kathana)
- Kavana Puspagalu (Kavana Sankalana)
He has participated in many ‘Kavi Goshtis’ (Poets’ Meet) conducted in Hospet, Kampli, Kudlgi, Kottur and Bellary. He has been felicitated by Kannada Hita Rakshka Sangha Kampli and by many such organizations.
