B. Mounesh is a young writer of Bellary district. He is working as a high school Kannada teacher. He has authored two books ‘Ileya Swagatha’ which is an anthology of poems and ‘Nivedane' is his another anthology of poems. Most of his poems have the theme of life and social inequality. Some of his poems emphasises the importance of love and human relationships in our lives. He was born on 1st April 1983 to Sri B. Kalappa and Smt B. Eramma to a poor and humble couple and married to Smt Sahana. He has participated in number of kavigoshtis, in and around Bellary. He has participated in 2003 Dasara kavigosti held in Hagaribommanahalli. He has also participated in ‘Bellary Zilla Pragatipara Chintakara Okkuta’ held in HB Hali 2012. He has participated in ‘Allama Kavya Spardhe’ in Kannada University, Hampi in 2004. He has been felicitated by Sahitya Siri Pratishtana, Kampli.
