ABOUT EDUBRIDGE:EduBridge is a Mumbai-based training organization started by a group of IIM alumni and professors in October 2009. It has been setup with the vision of fulfilling the skill gap that exists currently between semi-urban/ economically backward youth and the skill requirements of the high-performing companies. Some of our popular training programmes include The Art of Selling,   5 Gems of Personality Development, Leadership and Effective Business Communication. We provide high-quality training by deploying an activity-based delivery approach that includes role-plays, group discussion, games etc. Additionally we can customize our training to suit your specific requirements and we possess the unique ability to train at multiple locations without disrupting your employees’ daily workflow. 2.EMPLOYBRIDGE – Employability Skills for College graduatesWe have recently partnered with several colleges across all our centers and run a Employability program for final year graduates. Through this program, students can improve their communication skills, personality, analytical skills, computer skills, knowledge of industries, functions and roles etc. On completion of the program, we invite our corporate partners to absorb these candidates. 3.TEAMBRIDGE – Recruitment of High-quality & Trained TalentEduBridge offers certified training programmes for the BPO, Retail, FMCG, Finance and Insurance sectors. We conduct these programmes in many tier 2 and tier 3 cities of Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra and Chattisgarh every month. We have partnered with leading corporates and academicians in the country and as a result bring together the right mix of academic rigor and practical relevance to the training curriculum. Our unique proposition is to closely work with our recruitment partners to make the courses practically relevant to their organizations. On completion of the training, our recruitment partners absorb our candidates.
